We're off to a fantastic start, and we need your help to keep up with the growth.


We are hiring for a Senior Operations Manager to manage some of our most strategic clients, as well as work with the General Manager to build out the departmental operations to create an awesome client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive campaign execution for Brand & Agency clients to build successful social media campaigns via Social Native’s platform on Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
  • Campaign execution is comprised of scheduling flights, monitoring performance, adjusting levers, creating out of the box solutions to exceed partner expectations.
  • Track performance progress and recommend/implement new strategies.
  • Perform functional gap and root case analysis on identified goal and process deviations.
  • Create operations structure and process to monitor performance, analyze results, track trends and proactively implement strategies to ensure overall attainment of objectives.
  • Communicate clearly campaign progress to internal and external teams by reviewing forecasted to actual metrics to ensure we exceed partner and company objectives.
  • Last, success in this role will hinge upon strong cross-functional relationships with internal Social Native stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Support, Product, Tech.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Digital Ad Operations experience where you are defined by your client’s success metrics and their satisfaction.
  • Heavy project management experience managing multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, preferably in an digital account environment.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening and problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives on innovation and driving ideas forward.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills; Powerpoint, keynote, word, etc.
